ASTM D1551 Quartz Tube Method Dark Petroleum Products Sulfur Analyzer
Application
The instrument is designed according to ASTM D1551 and GB / T387, applicable to analyze the sulfur contentin lubricating oil, crude oil,residual oil and dark petroleum products(heavy fuel oil, petroleum coke and paraffin, etc.) through tube furnace method.
Features
1. Adopts advanced PID fuzzy logic temperature control system from abroad with accurate temperature control;
2.Adopts modular programming, the travel/residence time of the resistance furnace trolley can be set arbitrarily.
3. The gas circuit adopts negative pressure system; each interface is connected through grinding port, which is air-tight and convenient for installation and disassemble;
4. Simultaneous operation of the double quartz tubes, sharing air purification system, separate flow control.
5. The furnace body adopts imported stainless steel sand plate shell, which is beautiful and resistant to heat and corrosion.
